President & Owner
Mark Mangen is the owner of Ace Rain Gutters.
Over the years, Mark has been involved with the Vallecitos Water District on their Water Sustainability initiatives and Demonstration Garden. He is an accredited professional with the American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association.
He has been recognized by the Escondido Childrens Museum and The Water Conservation Garden for his work with their causes.
Originally from Nebraska, Mark lives in Encinitas where he enjoys surfing, paddleboarding and fishing with his wife and daughter.
